Monthly Delivery Schedule for Ores Minerals:

As of July 1st, 2006, 50000 Metric Tons (MT) of combined Pt, Silver, Nickel, Copper, Cobalt, Thin, Tantalite, and Aluminum minerals Ores  have been produced at our mining sites. Capacity to produce 100000 Tons (MT) of minerals ores/ Month exists. At peak production output during dry season, will supply 200000 MT of combined Au (Gold), Pt, Silver, Nickel, Copper, Cobalt, Thin, Tantalite, and Aluminum minerals Ores / month.

The mining and delivery operational process steps are described below:

·                      Mined ore is transported from the mining site to the local area warehouse where it is stockpiled;

·                      Stockpiled ore is weighted, manually sorted to remove as possible  the lower grade materials then, crushed to size specification;

·                      Sample of the crushed materials is taken and send to local Assayer for metal content analysis;

·                      On confirmed return of the analysis results and content confirmation, the  ore materials is filled in 50Kg bags for easy loading and weighting. It is   then scheduled to be moved out the site warehouse to ship out to Zambia for export.

The export or delivery process:

 ·                      Ore materials is moved to bonded warehouse in Kitwe, Zambia;

·                      The consignment is sampled in the bonded warehouse by Any independent, accredited analytical laboratory such as Alfred H. Knight, SGS, CIQ, TETC or, Alex Steward Certification;

·                      On receipt and acceptance of the analysis, the consignment is repacked and sealed in 1 MT totes;

·                      DMExchanges sprl and Associates prepares the export documentation, including:   

                       -    Full analysis of the consignment from an

                            independent, accredited analytical laboratory;   

                      -    Packing list from the bonded warehouse;

                      -    Commercial invoice in triplicate;

                      -    Export documentation;

                      -    Ownership documentation;

                      -    Country of Origin certificate;

                      -    Bonded Warehouse Holding Certificate.

·                      On receipt of the documents, payment is made to DMExchange sprl;

·                      The consignment is released to Buyer.

Port of Departure:  FOB KITWE, Zambia or CIF Dar es Salaam, Tanzania..

Delivery: As per Agreement

Inspection Agency: Any independent, accredited analytical laboratory such as Alfred H. Knight, SGS, CIQ, TETC or, Alex Steward Certification.
