Joint Venture Agreement in expenditures for exploration, mining,
refining and distribution of minerals productions of Gold, Platinum,
Silver, Nickel, Copper, Zinc, Aluminum, Lead ores, precious stones
and rough diamonds from their mines located in Tanzania and DRCongo
with the common new Headquarter Office located in Mbeya, Tanzania.
